“As a person who finds myself more inclined to write a letter to express my displeasure in a product or service, I am pleased to find myself compelled to write a letter to your company in regards to your outstanding service.
I had a competitor come to my house to pump my septic tank. At that time I learned my septic drainage field was not operating correctly. I was not satisfied with the customer service and knowledge of the competitor. I contacted Advanced Plumbing Technologies and their customer service, knowledge, professionalism and competitive pricing led me to hire their company to repair my septic drainfield. To my dismay, my drain field was beyond repair despite all the efforts by Advanced Plumbing to correct the problem.
I contacted Thurston County Environmental Health. I learned I needed to abandon my septic and hook up to the City of Yelm sewer… I got five bids for the work and was overwhelmed. I met with City of Yelm’s Water Reclamation Department and Public Works Department. City of Yelm officials were most impressed with the bid from Advanced Plumbing Technologies. Their bid was all-inclusive, professional, well written and included all aspects of the work from start to finish.
Advanced Plumbing Technologies worked closely with Thurston County Environmental Health and City of Yelm during the duration of abandoning my septic and plumbing my house and new tank to city sewer. Their subcontractor for the electrical hook-up was personable and professional. Advanced Plumbing Technologies took care of all the permits, paperwork and inspections…….. They left the area evenly graded and seeded with lawn seed and in just a few weeks I will not even be able to tell that a major project took place in my yard.
The Companies professional demeanor, extensive knowledge, and attention to detail were outstanding. Their ability to work with me, City of Yelm, and Thurston County was exceptional. Larry and Mike were always available to answer any and all questions I had. They were able to explain the entire process in terms I could understand. Earlier this year, I had APT put in a brand new septic system and drain field for my newly constructed home. I also had them install a Geo-Thermal loop system as part of our high energy efficiency project design.
