After nearly thirty years in the plumbing trade, a decision was made to start a new company that revolved around the customer. The company was started on a shoestring budget of only $400 dollars and has grown to a respected business gaining nearly 85% of our work through referrals stemming from both satisfied customers and fellow plumbing companies.
Today, we are closing in on the companies seven year anniversary. Many things have changed since the beginning, including the additions of an excavator, dump truck, line jetting equipment, trenchless line replacement technologies and expansion with a new septic pump truck. However, the focus is still on the care and ultimate satisfaction of our customers.
Larry McVay is both owner and operator at Advanced Plumbing Technologies and is usually onsite overseeing the quality of work. Other employees are, Colby Langenberg (General Manager), Roger Radcliff (Septic Specialist), Tom Pridmore and John Marion (Technicians), Steve Buckley (Licensed Plumber), and Jason Reaves (Carpentry).
Our goal is to bring you, the customer, fast, friendly and reliable service. Our knowledgeable technicians are more than happy to explain to you any processes that are required on your job site. We feel that customer education is very important in maintaining proper mainline and septic function and in developing a trustworthy and lasting relationship.
